Beth L. Sturtevant
President / Principal Owner
As President and Principal Owner of CCB, Inc., Ms. Sturtevant maintains active involvement in several critical aspects of the business, including oversight of operations management, estimating, project management and marketing. Her combined formal education and deep, well-rounded field experience enable her to effectively acquire, negotiate, and oversee projects in diverse markets ranging from traditional to innovative / new technology.
In 1981 Ms. Sturtevant earned her A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Maine, Orono. She joined the CCB team in 1982 as a field engineer/quality control and field accountant. In 1985 she became a CCB Project Manager, and in 1990 she earned her Certificate in Management, CEB Program from the University of Southern Maine, Portland. In 2004, Ms. Sturtevant purchased a majority and controlling share of CCB, becoming President/Principal Owner of the now Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE).
Donald W. Raye, CPA
Vice President of Finances / Owner
As Vice President of Finances and Co-Owner of CCB, Don’s assumes overall responsibility for the firm’s accounting functions and involvement in all financial management issues.
A graduate of Portland Business College, Don’s career experience encompasses eight years as a CPA in public practice at MacDonald, Page & Company; 16 years as a partner in the firm of Houde, Boucher, Perkins & Raye with a specialization in construction accounting and taxes; and 13 years as Vice President of Finance for Bancroft Contracting before joining the CCB leadership team.
Marc Belanger
Vice President of Operations
Marc Belanger, CCB’s Vice President of Operations, has more than 12 years of well-rounded construction industry operations experience, through his previous roles in government, healthcare, commercial / industrial manufacturing, and power generation facilities. His key operations responsibilities at CCB include; estimating, scheduling, purchasing, project management and supervision, project safety and administration.
Marc has a proven history of maximizing resources, managing materials and optimizing manpower, as well as a thorough knowledge of federal and state safety and health requirements and compliance.
Sean Ferguson
CPA, CCIFP, Controller
Sean joined CCB, Inc. in 2008. Sean was a senior manager at Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, one of Northern New England’s premier accounting and consulting firms. During his eleven years at BDMP, Sean led audit and review engagement teams for numerous construction companies as well as provided consulting for information systems and assisted with mergers and acquisitions.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Information Systems as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Thomas College.
He is a past president of the Maine Chapter of Construction Financial Management Association. Sean has taught numerous Basics of Construction Accounting for CFMA, has been a guest lecturer for several Maine colleges and universities and made presentations on various construction accounting topics to local financial institutions.
Sean resides in Yarmouth with his wife and two children.
