CCB employs a full-time Occupational Health and Safety staff which includes a Human Resources and Development Manager that oversees our corporate safety and health program; a Safety Resource Manager that handles CCB’s day-to-day safety needs.; and an OHST/CHST, WMD Hazmat Technician, to round out the team while spending the majority of his time in the field completing compliance visits and training. 

Our safety program includes job site inspections, OSHA training, and continuous review and revision of our programs to keep them current and relevant. Through the effective coordination of the established CCB safety program, the semi-annual reviews with all superintendents and project managers, the integration of the AGC (Associated General Contractors) of Maine’s safety program, the seminars for superintendents and foremen, and the program provided by our insurance carrier, CCB provides its employees with one of the safest workplaces in the industry.
